Located in the annex of the hotel, on the first floor of the establishment, the gym is spacious and bright.

The fitness area is equipped with high-performance machines of the Laroq brand. Since 1989, this 100% French company has aimed to offer high quality sports equipment, always at the cutting edge of innovation. Today, it is the only creator of fitness equipment in France.

" L'espace Fitness " welcomes you every day, without reservation, from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.

The room is exclusively reserved for hotel guests over 16 years old.

The entire Beauregard team thanks you for respecting the opening hours, the equipment provided and the hygiene measures indicated in the room.

Our establishment offers you an individual coaching service, or a group coaching service. The assurance of a tailor-made session adapted to your needs while being sure to adopt the right posture.

Want to take care of yourself as soon as you wake up or at the end of the day? Our partner, Goulven, your personal trainer, will create a session adapted to your desires and your state of form.
