We have designed a 25m long and 2.5m wide swimming lane for swimming enthusiasts.

Whether you like to do 3 swims during your vacations or train every day for hours, this corridor, unique on the shores of Lake Annecy, is a real gem.

We haven't forgotten the wellness lovers: sitting in our water massage areas facing the lake, we invite you for a memorable moment of relaxation.

Hydrotherapy zones

In front of the lake, try our different aquatic massage zones and let yourself be seduced by the panoramic view.

After a long day at work or returning from a long hike, you'll be able to put stress and minor muscle aches to one side in just a few moments.

Finally you will discover the true meaning of "letting go".

The Cloud

Overlooking the pool, Le Nuage is a panoramic podium, an idyllic place to enjoy our exceptional lake views, magnificent pool and restaurants.

It's our privileged space, designed to offer you the luxury of a timeless interlude. Le Nuage is a unique spot on the shores of Lake Annecy, ideal for pampering close to home or on vacation.

This private space can be booked by the day or half-day: from €80.00 to €200.00 for up to 6 people.

The big news for summer 2024.

For guests from outside the hotel, we've created a new area to welcome them in the garden and by the pool.

This new panoramic Roof Top and its 11 double Beds will delight all those who love sun and relaxation in total serenity.

Beds (2 people) can be booked by the day, from 45.00€ per morning to 110.00€ per day, 2 drinks included.

Booking a Bed gives you access to our magnificent XXL swimming pool.

We provide your own bath sheet.

Children are not allowed in this area, in order to offer a moment of serenity to all our customers.

This is a non-smoking area.

To make a reservation, please call the L'Ouvr'Boitte team at 0450524059 ext. 3. However, we recommend that you book directly on our reservation module, where all our availabilities are shown in real time.

Only pre-paid reservations are validated.

La Terrasse Lounge Bar

Between the L'Ouvr'Boitte restaurant and the swimming pool, you can enjoy our lounge area at any time of day. Bathed in sunshine from early morning, it's a great place to enjoy breakfast.

Our bartenders offer a fine menu of refreshing softs and Alain Millat tasting juices to quench your thirst. And our cocktail menu is sure to surprise you and take you on a trip to our mountains on the other side of the lake...
